How to Change USB Flash Drive Icon
Change your USB Flash Drive Default Icon to a Smart and beautiful custom Icon. Follow below step one by one.
1- Open Notepad ( Start > All Programs > Accessories > Notepad ). Copy below text in the box and paste it in the 2- Notepad. ( If you have already add a “autorun.inf” file change to your Flash Drive, open it and add “Icon=image_name.ico” as its second line )

- Then goto “Save as”
- Type File name as autorun.inf
- Set Save type as All Files.
- Set Encoding to: Unicode
- Then Save the file to your USB Flash drive
- Find an Icon file you want
- Extension should be .ico. you can convert your jpg, png images to ico image using photo editors or online image converters such as image.online-convert.com
- Rename it to image_name
- Full name should be image_name.ico
- Copy your image_name.ico file to Flash Drive
- To see the result, just unplug the Flash Drive and plug it again
